A nominal ₹70 service fee is applied to ensure secure pickup and premium logistics — so your product is handled with the same precision it was delivered.

Exchange Experience

Need a different size or replacement? We’ve made it effortless.

Simply initiate a return request from your order section.
Once submitted, our ZSSEL team will personally connect with you within 12 hours to assist with your exchange — ensuring a smooth and guided experience.

Refund Assurance

After your returned item is received and carefully inspected by our quality team, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days to your original payment method.
